MOVIE: Ace Attorney

Caught Ace Attorney in the Triskel on Friday. Was well worth the wait. Probably the best videogame adaptation I’ve ever seen!

Everything was lovingly recreated: the soundtrack, character designs, set pieces… Even the opening moments packed quite a few comedic references; references you’re sure to get ONLY if you had played the games.

Turns out that this is the first Takashi Miike movie I have seen. I guess he’s known for his more gruesome and oddball efforts, but the guy seems quite versatile.

Got my Alienware X51 about a week ago. If you’re on the hunt for a gaming PC but lacking in space (like me), you could do a helluva lot worse than this. Runs everything I have sublimely. Quiet, too.
